Bookings

A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received and acknowledged in writing. Prices are quoted in Indian rupees and depend on dates, availability and group size.

Payments

The balance is due before the date shown on your quotation. Delayed payment can lead to loss of hotel, flight or visa slots.

Changes by traveller

Requests to change dates, hotels or travellers are subject to availability and may incur supplier charges.

Changes by TTC The Travel Company

We may change an itinerary because of weather, safety, strikes, closures or supplier changes. We will offer a comparable alternative.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for a valid passport, visas and any health documents. Visa approval is decided by the embassy and cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

TTC The Travel Company acts as an agent for hotels, airlines and other suppliers and is not liable for their acts, delays or cancellations beyond the refund they provide.
