Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by traveller

Please inform us in writing. Charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the supplier terms for flights, hotels and visas. The exact charges are stated in your quotation.

Non-refundable items

Visa fees, airline tickets issued on non-refundable fares and some hotel bookings cannot be refunded.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the supplier refunds us.

Cancellation by TTC The Travel Company

If we cancel a package for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of the amount paid for that package.
